She truly captured a special moment in our lives that I'll forever be grateful for, and was very reasonably priced for how many photos we received. As someone who is very camera shy, Camila made both me and my now fiancée feel incredibly comfortable. She knew exactly how to pose us and where to position us, and she was very knowledgeable about the location (and the entirety of Valencia). Camila is incredibly responsive, even with the 7 hour time difference, and the huge number of photos were sent to us very quickly in just one week! It depends on where you’re staying and the kind of moment you want. The old town has quiet squares and beautiful streets, the city’s parks and gardens give you greenery and a little privacy, and the beach is hard to beat at sunset. I’ve photographed many secret proposals in Valencia and tailor each one to the person planning it, so I’ll help you choose a spot that suits you — taking into account the time of day, the light, the weather and how busy it gets. I also scout the location beforehand, so there are no surprises on the day apart from the one you’re planning.

I wait nearby, dressed to blend in, and I’m already in position before you arrive. Before the day we agree on the exact spot where you’ll pop the question, so I know where to be and you don’t need to look around for me. As far as your partner is concerned, it’s just the two of you.

The earlier the better — booking ahead gives you the best chance of getting the date and time you want. That said, short notice is fine too. If you’re already in Valencia or your plans have come together quickly, get in touch and I’ll do my best to make it work.

Valencia has sunshine most of the year, but we’ll agree a plan B together during our call, so your moment can still go ahead if the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day.

Once they’ve said yes and had a moment to take it in, we move straight into a short, relaxed session together — the first photographs of you as an engaged couple. Depending on the package you choose, the whole shoot lasts between 1 and 2.5 hours.

I’m happy to give advice on outfits. The main thing is not to give the surprise away, so we’ll talk about how to get your partner dressed for the occasion without raising suspicion.

You’ll get a few sneak peeks the same day, so you can share the news with family and friends straight away. Your personalised digital gallery follows within a week for you to choose your favourites, and the final, fully edited images are delivered within 7 days of your selection.
